Joshua Lipton (a 20 year old college student) was charged for being involved in a drunken car accident. Two weeks after the accident the boy went to a halloween party, where some pictures of him were taken. Naturally these pictures made their way to Facebook. After seeing these pictures Joshua's prosecutors snatched them up as proof that Joshua is an unrepentant party goer. The judge agreed with the prosecutor and these pictures help to place Joshua in prison.
This just goes to show that someone can take a picture of you at any time and then throw it up on Facebook without batting an eyelash. I guess the moral of the story is don't do anything bad in the first place. If you do nothing wrong, people can't take pictures of it.
